What to do when purchased boost didn't appear?

This is a known occasional bug some players might experience. PopCap suggests waiting a few seconds after purcahsing boost before starting a new game. It will also consider refund for players experiencing such problem by emailing bejeweledblitzbilling@popcap.com with Facebook ID and approximate coin lost.

I tried to contact bejeweledblitzbilling@popcap.com and the email address is not working. I tried several times so i can atleast get a refund or my bonus coins. Thank you Cynthia Sanders please email me a 66csanders@msn.com

I don't have internet and that's why I purchased the game at Best Buy. Said I had to have internet to redeem my one million coin bonus. I am at a state park office using their WiFi connection to get my coins. Now I see I can only use them if I'm on facebook. Does me absolutely no good. I don't have internet.
